HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT
Under Human Resource Development Programme, AARDO organizes international/regional level training programmes, field training programmes, master’s degree programme, workshops/ seminars, study visit, etc.

International Training Programme :During the period under review, 21 international training programmes were organized in six countries. A total number of 91 (Ninety One) participants from 18 member countries participated in these training programmes. The names of training institutions, topics of the courses along with the number of participants from different member countries, who attended the programmes are given in the table below:-
